Faculty-Led Short-Term International Travel Study Programs

**PLEASE NOTE: REVISED SUBMISSION DATES**

The Division of Continuing and Global Education (CGE) is currently accepting requests to initiate Faculty-Led Short-Term International Travel Study Programs for the Winter 2023 term and Summer 2023 term. All prospective faculty need to complete the CGE International Programs Interest and Funding Request Form in Adobe Sign to begin the process to lead a Faculty-Led Short-Term International Travel Study Program before:

  • February 25, 2022, for all programs that will operate during the Winter 2023 term (December 2022-January 2023) or Summer 2023 term (May 2023-August 2023)

Completed forms must be signed and completed in Adobe Sign by the Instructor(s), Department Chair, and School/College Dean.

Submitting the International Programs Interest and Funding Request Form will help secure travel grant funding for your program.

Once you complete and submit the International Programs Interest and Funding Request Form, the Study Abroad Coordinator will schedule a meeting with you to discuss the next steps of your travel study program. As part of your application submission, you will need to complete the Faculty-Led Short-Term International Travel Study Program Proposal. This Adobe Sign form will be initiated by the Study Abroad Coordinator once the consultation has occurred.
